Rules

We strive to be a warm and welcome environment for players of all backgrounds and skill levels. We are not here to tell you how to play, who to play with, or what to do with your time on FFXIV. However, we do have some simple rules for you to look over regarding your membership in this FC.

1. Don’t be a dick
The most important rule by far. We have members of all personality types
and backgrounds in this FC, and although we may not agree on every
topic, please do be respectful of other’s opinions. Most conversations
about sensitive topics should remain out of FC chat (religion, politics,
etc), but we will not be policing your chat. Keep it respectful and there
should be no issues.2. 18+ Only
This one is pretty self-explanatory. We have NSFW content in both our
FC chat and Discord, so it’s best for everybody that we keep it
adults-only. We hope you understand :)
Please keep in mind that this is does NOT make us an Erp FC. Lewd
jokes and such are totally welcome! Just keep the serious stuff to private
conversations please.3. Ask for help
Please feel free to ask for help! We are your FC and we are here to
support you. This could be for crafting, raids, dailies, achievements. You
name it! Do keep in mind that people do have their own schedules, so be
respectful if somebody is unable to or simply doesn’t want to at the time.4. SPOILERS
Be aware that some spoilers may get posted in FC chat! Please avoid
talking about new MSQ plotlines, characters, and larger spoilers for
about two weeks out of respect for everyone. But things like new items
and such are going to be shared. We are excited!!
If you would like to completely avoid seeing anything, we
recommend turning off your FC chat for a little while.5. Events
We love doing things as a group!! Feel free to organize any type of event you wish. Raids, farms, maps, social, you name it!
If you would like to post an official event in our #FC Events channel, please notify an officer so we can slap you with a temporary Gamma role. Otherwise, you may use the #Events Discussion channel under the Event category freely.6. Leave the drama at the door.
Shit happens, we get it. But public channels and FC chat is not the place
to air your grievances. Please communicate and work things out privately
between yourselves. If you do need an officers help, we are available to
mediate between members if you wish.

If you do come across an uncomfortable situation, please feel welcome to alert one of our officers and it will be dealt with accordingly. If chat logs are involved, PLEASE TAKE SCREENSHOTS! We do not operate on hearsay only.
Typically we employ a one strike warning before removal, but there are exceptions. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to some things. Racism, homophobia, sexism, and discrimination of any sort will NOT BE TOLERATED. Such behavior will get you a swift boot from the FC, with zero chance of rejoining.

FC Chest & WorkShop Access

Workshop:
If there is anything you need to build, just ask us! Anyone Beta or above has access to blueprints and workshop use. Just be courteous to those who might be in the middle of a project.
As far as items that come from airship and sub voyages, please ask one of your officers. We are able to get most of these, but we do ask for half cost donation to the FC chest for any expensive items we find for you.

Promotions & Rankings

Luna

Hello this is your faithful leader ♥
I don't know how I got here, but here I am!!

Alpha

These the leaders and officers of your FC! Anything coming from your Alpha's should be taken seriously and comes with the Luna's approval.
All FC issues will be handled by these people as well, although we ask that you try to resolve it yourself first. We will be available in-game as well as on Discord, please be patient with us.
If you have ideas or suggestions for the FC as a whole, we would love to hear them. Please feel free to reach out!Promotions to this rank will be done internally and at the Luna's discretion. You will be asked if we would like you to fill this role!

Beta

These are your community leaders! They handle anything including workshop projects, gardening, FC buffs, and more.
If you have a problem and no Alphas are online, please feel more than welcome to bring it to the attention of any of our Beta's as well. They will relay your message to a higher up.To become a Beta you just need to show you want it! We will generally reach out if we think you're a good fit, but feel free to boop an Alpha with any questions!

Gamma

If you love hosting events and being social, Gamma is for you! This role will grant you access to a special events planning channel in our Discord and the tools necessary to run your MOON events smoothly, whether it's Content, Socials, or Holiday parties! If you are looking to one day become a Beta, this is a good starting point.
This role is not a promotion, meaning that people will come and go as they need. This is meant to be an aid for anyone wanting to host events for us. We encourage you to join in on the fun!

Delta

Welcome to our main member rank. There is no other responsibility for this role, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the game! This will add privileges for FC chest access, please check out the rules section for more info.

Omega

This is our temporary intro rank! This gives us (and you) some time to make sure it is a good fit! Once you have been in the FC for at least one month, please speak to any of our officers for promotion.
